Debonairs app orders a joke!

About 2 months ago, I placed an order via debonairs app, paid online and it was never delivered. Last night I was not at home, placed an order for my kids on the debonairs app (different branch) and paid online, no pizza was delivered! So the restaurants actually close while they accepted our orders and people are sitting at home waiting for their food? This is a ****in joke!!!!!!!!!!
