Debonairs app error "TRACKING UNAVAILABLE"

I ordered food last night using the debonairs app. After 30min of waiting, the app couldn't "track" my order. I had to call 3 times, 1st attempt I did not get assistance. 2nd attempt I was given an expected time of delivery, which did not happen. 3rd attempt I was instructed to wait outside for my food at night in the rain. The food arrived cold an hour later!
