DEBONAIRS AND YUMBI ARE ****** DONT BUY ON THEIR APP YOU WONT GET REFUNDED

i have been supporting debonairs in my area over 20 years. I also worked at a branch in norwood to help someone out. Yet when i have 1 small problem they dont want to help. I made a order on the 15th april at 18:08pm and it timed out. It went through YMBI and it was deducted from my account. I was told it would get reversed it never did. I have eveidence from my banker in picture and video form which i emailed through and debonairs refers me to yumbi yumbi says check with my bank my bank says it went off no reversals i get sent pillar to post this is disgusting
