Debonairs and Vodapay lie about how you can use their vouchers

A friend sent me a Vodapay voucher to use at Debonairs. The SMS I received, clearly states that the voucher can be redeemed in-store, or online. When I tried to redeem in-store, I was told it can't be done and I have to download the Debonairs app. The staff refused to use the voucher code, and I was forced to download and register on the Denonairs app.
