Debonairs and Steers De Deur are the worst

Monday i had tried calling Debonair De Deur and their number didn't go through, 20mins later after failed attempts, I decided to contact Steers De Deur, who are next to them. I got assisted by a guy whom I forgot his name and took my order..I did not receive any sms or confirmation of the order on my phone, that's when I decided to call again. The lady who answered the phone was so unprofessional as she and a colleague were having a private conversation. I then requested to speak to the debonair manager but it was 1 transferr to another and my order was never received and could not speak to anyone there after. Calls kept bouncing
