Debonairs and steers Chatsworth plaza

Absolutely terrible service from they call centre and the Chatsworth plaza branch. There was no customer service at all. When you call them to be assisted, we get put through the manager who doesn't even answer calls. I called them 13 times to be exact to find out about my order. The one lady told me it's 1 min away from me with the drive which was Absolutely lies. I called them 5mins later frustrated cause it was going over an hour 20mins. I spoke to a call centre agent who said her team leader will call me back but still no custome service at all. I ended up going to the store and speaking to the manager who said they will make me a order. While waiting for it I observed the people working there just letting the phones rings, one lady actually stood next to the phone while it rang. Previous to that I went to the steers in the Chatsworth plaza and received the same service, they was rude and unhelpful.
