Debonairs Amalinda - Wrong order received, worst service ever

It is going on 4 weeks since I complained on the debonairs app about the Debonairs Amalinda branch. I ordered a steak and mushroom with a 3 cheeses half and half crammed crust and what was delivered was not what I had ordered. we received a half and half crammed crust but the topping was wrong, I think it was a chicken club topping or something vile with mayo on and some cheese with pepperdew on. Not only was the order wrong, the pizza was cold. The delivery guy named Innocent was rude and had no airtime to call us (as if that is our problem being the paying customers). The app didn't update so that was useless and when I complained on the app, no one got back to me going on a month now.

The arrogance shown on the app developers is unbecoming. Imagine the nerve you have to say "sorry that you feel the need to complain". Yes we will complain when receiving **** service and incorrect orders. I will never support your ******* franchise again. You should be ashamed of what you put out as finished products.
