Debonairs a flop

I ordered pizza from Debonairs, Verulam, KZN on 14 May 2022. I also ordered a buddy bottle of coke with the meal. The pizzas were delivered however the driver forgot the cooldrink. He assured me he will be back with the cooldrink. I called the branch & queried as to my cooldrink. I was advised that the driver will deliver the cooldrink the next day. I argued the fact that I wanted to have the cooldrink & the pizza together. Suffice to say I did not receive the cooldrink the next day. In fact it's now been 5 days & still nothing. I escalated to Debonairs on Facebook who assured me it is receiving attention & I will receive feedback. It has been 5 days with no feedback. It's not about the cooldrink, its about the principle of the matter. Had I been short to pay, they would not have sold me a pizza so why should I accept their lack of service. I doubt they shall do anything about this report. I will never orders Debonairs pizza again. Pathetic service
