Debonairs... A disappointment

Placed an online order with Debonairs.

Debonairs Dube, was scheduled to deliver my order. The delivery man calls to tell me he doesn't have a swiping machine.

He delivers the order 10 minutes later than what I was advised. The pizza was cold. And to make matters worse. He left with one of the pizzas, he rushed to leave with the cash and his s****** did not have a number plate.

I called to advise them that my order was short delivered. I had to call more than three times to before my call could be taken.

I resorted to making the call as though I was placing a new order for it to get answered. The lady calls me back to tell me that the pizza was found and that the driver has been sent back. This was at 7:45PM. The delivery man is s not here.

I am truly disappointed. I do not see myself ever buying from Debonairs.
