Debonairs

I had ordered pizza on Friday 28 February,to my surprise I was charged a R15 delivery fee which I'm not supposed to pay,upon the guy delivery guy coming I paid my R150 which was due,he insisted that the money was short and I must pay R15,I then told him that I'm not supposed to be charged a delivery fee,he said when he gets to the restaurant he'll call me so I speak to the manager,I gave him R20 ,he didn't have my R5 change and said he'll bring it together with the R15 after I've spoken to the manager,that didn't not happen till today,he never called. I'm angry as this is not the first time this happens,first incident I let go and I fell they are taking advantage,first incident was on the 15th of July 2019 I was also charged a R15 delivery fee. What I know is Debonairs never charges a delivery fee. I'd like to be paid back my money thanks.
