Debonairs
I made an online order from Eldoraigne Debonairs which is 2 kms (5mins) from my home address. It took over 1 hour to be delivered. I called in a few times to check on my order and the call was dropped. The food was received cold. There wasn't any temperature indicator on any of the boxes. When I tried calling the store to let them know the items were received cold, there was a dial tone and they were not reachable. This is unacceptable service.
