I conveniently submit an order for a mere pizza for my daughter who has got a silver on swimmng competitipn.

I make an order of a mere R 121.98 of as she wanted that as a celebration. Order placed via App at 16h21... Confirmation done by 17h34 by the restaurant... Fine... Follow up done by me via the 0861 number and referred to the relevant restaurant.

When I am I asked when is the pizza coming, I look like a ****. I did the purchase online, payment confirmed, reflecting on my bank statement... Funny enough a lady confirmed the address but the delivery was never done. No one actually called if there was confusion on GPS.

Highly known brand still seems to have bite more they can chew.
