Debonairs 2 hours to deliver and they dont know where the driver is.

Ordered online for delivery by Debonairs Pizza Gezina at 17:54. 18:26 app message says pizza delivered but there is no delivery. Phoned the number on the app at 18:51 to give them extra time to deliver,got to the call centre. Hold for 2min 31 sec and line cutt. Phoned again 18:54 and choose option 1,got through to the store. She confirms my order and told me she will escalate to the call centre and they will get back to me. Waited untill 19:15, 1 hour 20minutes after ordering and got in my car and went I buy from another fast foos. At 19:35 I called again( we already ate) and the call centre apologized and said driver on his way. I told her to cancel as it is almost 2 hours now. She said they dont know where the driver is,they have system errors. At 19:45 the driver phoned me and I told him he can go back as we had to go and buy from another place as we could not wait any longer and they could not even phone us back or give us ANY detail of where our order is.
