Debonaires ****med me

I am extremely appalled by the service i received today at Debonaires port shepstone. I made a pizza order via telephonic and paid for it with my voucher. The lady that assisted me was rude, she cancelled the order after redeeming my voucher. When i got to Debonaires to collect my food i am asked to make cash payment because there was no slip to show that i had paid for the food yet they redeemed my voucher. And thn thy have the audacity to tell me to contact the company that gifted me with the voucher and investigate on thy behalf 😡. Debonaires Manager tells me that the money is at they head office and i will b refunded in 3 working days and i still dont get the pizzas i have paid for unless i pay again. I want my refund back!!!
