Debonaires cooks flies into your pizza

I order a triple decker via telephone to collect from your raisthorpe branch. Firstly when I arrived the one driver who was inside 'parking' his bike. Quickly pulled his bike in front of me blocking my way saying that they are closed, I said yes that's okay and then he rudely removed his helmet and repeated that they are closed. I then told him I am here to collect which he then clicked his tongue and moved his bike. When we got home hungry and waiting eagerly to eat. I opened the box to find a freaking fly cooked into the pizza. This is so disgusting, how can you even let a pizza out with a fly cooked into it. I am beyond furious as your pizzas are not cheap for us and we only get when we have enough money to treat ourselves. This is so disgusting. I am really contemplating going to social media regarding your very rude staff and health ethics (a ****ing fly cooked into your pizza). I have kept the slice with the fly and the slip showing where I got it and when. I have sent emails for correspondence and recieved no feedback so I guess customer service doesn't exist either
