Debonaires Braamfontein branch bad service

Debonaires pizza Braamfontein branch do not even deserve a one star rating. I placed an order on the 9th of october at 18:39 at the braamfontein branch. Normally we order from carlton centre but they were offline. Received delivery at 20:30 with only half of my order with a ice cold dry pizza. I then contacted the branch manager at braamfontein who came with all sort of excuses it seems like she does not have a single care in the world, yet i was never informed of the challenges that they faced if they had only informed me this would not be such a big issue. The drive arrived then at 22:00 with the rest of the order i then wanted to give back the order as is they refused to accept it. The next morning i called their customare care laid a complaint received case number 500251. Yet not received any feedback it has now been a month. I refuse to deal with any debonaires again. This is the first time this happened to me. I would rather ecourage people to try romans pizza. I came to found many customers have been complaining about the service at debonaires even kfc gives better service
