Debonair sour Russian pizza

Hi im writing with utmost disgust & disappointment from Debonairs kromboom athlone Cape Town. Last nite @21:40 we purchased the double pizza that was on special . Russian & a spicy Chicken pine, both large. My self & my kids shortly after eating got sick with our stomachs.The Russian pizzza had a very funny taste & off t. Secondly the chicken pizza was so dry & horrible. Bare in mind we were fine before that. My complain i called the store today explained to the manager of the pizzas when explain to her she said all there food are fresh & made daily. I explained i totally understand. Also told her that I had to take my kids to the dr to get meds. She then explained i need to bring the dr report so they can see & investigate if it was from there side coz that's there procedure & proceeded to put down the call.i called about more that 10 time in order to get hold of her coz that was bluntly rude. Eventually I gt hold of them & she explain that there procedure that they need a dr report. My problem is what if it had to be someone else that cnt afford to go to a dr. Im utterly disgusted in the attitude of the mangers & Debonairs kromboom staff has. So clearly they dnt believe it's there fault that my whole family got sick all they doing is trying to put the blame on the customer to say it cnt be there's & im the 1st customer to complain. I will never go back to Debonairs kromboom even though it's on my door step & I am going to call the health department to log complain.
