Debonair seshego bad service

I’m writing this today for the second time. Debonairs Seshego, am extremely bad service. I ordered a pizza at 19:46 and I only received it at 21:28 and secondly the delivery guy didn’t call, I just heard noise from my neighbors shouting my name because he didn’t have a phone. So I wonder how was he going to get hold of me and as disappointing as the pizza is not hot and it’s even dry. I must say they know how to trick us because whatever they use to keep the pizza in, just keeps the box hot so that when we take it, it’s still red. Last time they send me a free pizza, it was one of the best pizza I’ve ever had from debonairs seshego, the sad part is that I love debonairs pizza compared to any other pizza but maybe it’s time to change because it doesn’t seem like service will get any better... I’m am extremely disappointed ?. Actually I’m ****ed
