Debonair pizza terrible service

I am very dissatisfied with the service i received from debonairs pizza I have ordered a on the double at 7.30 pm today my order arrived at 8.45.but i was told it takes 45 to 55 minutes. It came and the dot on the box was black.piźza was cold and dry.base was even gone stiff.last time i ordered pizza toppings was all over the box.now i think that i had a worse experience with debonair than any other food outlet or take out company.terrible service.
