Debonair pizza is so unprofessional

I'm so disappointed in Debonairs Sarnia, yesterday ordered a pizza at 18:50 and it never came . They told us it would be ready and delivered in 45 minutes we waited for an hour then called the lady answered rudely then she said it's coming waited another hour then tried calling again to no avail it was a voice message saying they were closed
