Debonair mediocre service oder #520911
Debonairs Protea Glen Mall service a joke, on Friday at about 17:55 I placed an online delivery order. my order was not delivered and when you call the store number it goes to an automated system that tells me they are busy to take my call i should try ordering from the app
I called their customer service line and they told me they also cant get hold of the store, which for me really does not make sense after I paid for a service which was not rendered and none of the touch points can assist me... what type of service is this?
on Saturday when i finally got of of the store management i am told He was not on duty and He will investigate what had transpired to date i have not gotten feedback from the manager
this is really incompetency.
