Debonair disaster

My husband and I ordered a triple decker pizza on the 13th September 2019 from the Heidelberg Mall around 7pm like we always do. We were told to please be patient it will take roughly 60 min to arrive. When the pizza arrived my husband went to fetch it from the gate past 8pm when we dished up the pizza was cold and the crust very hard so I called the shop and got put through the call center at time the phone went on without being answered or when i got through i was on hold while they call the manager sometimes it went to fishaways very frustrating but I continued to call as i was very upset. I ended up warming it so my husband and children could eat as we were hungry, I finally got through to the manager around 8:30pm who promised to see what was the matter and call me back in 20min, which she never did. I went to the store the next day and was told by the same manager she was extremely busy and i was supposed to bring the pizza to show her and that there’s nothing she can do as i had already eaten the pizza. I explained to her why I ended up eating the pizza but she didn’t care and said I should complain if i want to. Very disappointed i must admit and probably wont buy there anymore.
