Debonair Cbd pat terrible service

I just received TERRIBLE service from debonair in cbd pta mind you this isn't there first time the first time I had the delivery guy shove me in my my apartment security gate because I refused to pay because my pizza was a more than an hour late now I have have decided to give them an opportunity this cashier or whatever has decided to tel me she cannot Change my order from collection to delivery because "its my fault" the snotty tone and underlying disregard I did not appreciate, she had the audacity to put me on hold and suddenly I was speaking to a 'manager' after which they exchanged words in vernacular and eventually hung up. This young lady then called back and TOLD me that I supposed to talk to her manager,why didn't I a I explained that ,that isn't a way to go about things are supposed to be done she hung up the call as I was speaking,I understand calls are recorded, I want this recording to take my case further this cannot go on.
