Debonair Banbury worst service

I ordered a pizza of the value of R 477 at Debonairs Pizza Banbury, it took more than an hour for it to be ready when it was finally ready,it was wrong order and the guys who saved me said your order was complicated if you want you can wait while we prepare the one you want. Why did they accept my order in the first place when they were not prepared to help me?
