Debo*** Pizza!!!

I placed and online order at Maponya Mall Debonairs at 14:50,As my writing this review its 16:55 and I have not received my order.I called their contact centre on *** and some lady said she will call me back,an hour passed without feedback and decided to call the store again and was told to press option 2 and did that.On option 2 they asked for my number and then that lady just kept me on hold and hung up, I called again and no one answered, then I called again and found a lady by the name of Buhle and told me she will log a ticket for me, imagine logging a ticket at 5 when I need to solution on my order. I then asked the lady that do you agree that Debonairs provides bad services she said no,but we can only say Maponya Mall Debonairs offers bad services.Am extremely disappointed that till now they have not responded on my order.The thought of Debonaires has just ruined my appetite,its not like am begging for the ****** pizza am buying with my hard earned cash.During covid those lazy employees were without jobs now they have jobs they cannot appreciate,atleat there is always an option for best pizza than debonairs *** online customers service,What ****es me off again is that the store does not even have a live tracking for orders.
