Debinairs Heidelberg- 2 hours waiting for an incomplete tasteless order

My complaint dates back to Saturday night 1 October 2022. At 17:34, I placed an order using the online app. Received my order number #***7 was delighted to see that I could track my order.

45 minutes later I accessed the app again to track my order. It told me that it could not track my order. Tried that about 4 times.

1 hour 20 minutes later I got fed up phoning the number ***. I tried calling Fishaways about three times. To no avail.

I then got in my car and drove from my house to Debonairs to see what's happening. By this time I was quite upset.

Got to the restaurant (with moderate business), two ladies were behind the counter in the kitchen - ignoring us - I called out to them. And they simply called someone somewhere that did not respond.

By this time I was boiling and livid. Eventually came a lady from steers. Quite nonchalant about our irritation with the service. I hope she was not the manager on duty... Eventually she concluded that our order left a couple minutes ago.

So we go back home and wait.

Exactly TWO (2) hours after placing the order, the delivery guy arrives. With no cold drink as was indicated as part of the deal....

The double decker pizza was dry and bland. Nothing to get excited about.

This is the second time I received such bad service from Debonairs Pizza in Heidelberg.
