Deadly Pizza.. Maks-Free delivery... FORCED Tip

I am really dissapointed and very angry with the poor service and non compliance in terms of the Covid19 regulations.. I placed an order yesterday at 18:18 and the pizza only arrived at 19: 37 ... Upon arrival, the delivery guy is not wearing any mask nor gloves... Over and above the Pizza being COLD, I give him R200 (My order was R139.99) he says he does NOT have change and promised to bring it back but did not return. I had called the Montclair outlet whilst patiently waiting for the delivery and spoke to Zanele whom I specifically told that I will be paying R200 dnd need change of R60. The country is facing a pandemic and yet Debonairs still allows staff to roam around without PPEs !!! I really need a response from relevant authorities within the company and health services.. How many people will Debonairs Drivers infect?? This is unacceptable!!!
