Dead service

Good morning,My name is N and had never in my life had such a very bad experience buying food and this raised my eyebrows.Last night19:44 my husband and I went to order Pizza from Jabulani Mall Debonaires and this started by us waiting over 1hour and 20minutes for our order and I just could not understand but we just decided to be patient,then until my husband went to ask and the lady from their counter said they will be fiving our Pizza in few minutes time but we waited again for over 10minutes,and same lady calls my husbnd to come get his order and as he went my husbnd calls me so dat I check if all was in order as the lady just gave him and only to find when opening our box it was a disastrous triple deck and i called the lady and with her very stinoing attitude she says that is what you ordered and I became furious and told her that it was not the 1st time we bought triple deck pizza from there and she kept telling me that it is what you ordered and that pizza was like it had been made 4days ago and I even open inside there was no meat and whatever that was put inside was like a child trying to make pizza with their friends,I just said ther was no way I could take that pizza home and instead of her apologising or perhaps say that let me try and call whoever was preparing it from their kitchen she became so full of herself and their manager was just sitting next to their other till and she just after seconds of her staff member also open the box and the very same lady who gavebus her pizza instead of being sorry she just said but already they have touched that pizza with their hands implying on us and O asked on how was I suppose to check it,So their manager just said just refund them but you could hear that there was no even an apology on what their kitchen staff did cause it was a dry old pizza as if someone returned it ,And while we were there there was a customer who returned his pizza complaining about their staffing inside that there was not enough meat and they never had a problem and that pizza was taken to the back so now am asking myself whether they kept that pizza for over 30 minutes and decided to just dump it on us,My advice to other customers always check your order from that pizza store as for me trusting them is just not gonna be im DNA.Their staff and both their manager at Debonaires Jabulani Mall they really need to be re trained and even their kitchen staff as Debonaires is a well respected brand and I feel sorry for whoever hold that franchise with such staff members who do not care or enjoy their job.Most of the time I always say that it feels bad that someone comes and perform well only few days and location businesses should really keep up the standard and stop taking advantage.
