Dead fly in my Pizza and bad response from store

I ordered the new debonairs pizza 5sausages at Noorwood, Johannesburg, South Africa at 18:41 on the 13 March 2016.<br> <br> THe pizza slice had a dead fly, The pizza was Probably made with the dead fly already on it because it was covered with some cheese.<br> <br> Unhappy and disgusted, I called debonairs Noorwood to complain but their response was not apologetic.<br> The manager I spoke to over the phone bragged to me about how clean their Kitchen is, and how something like this could never happen.<br> he said he was surprised and we ended up arguing because he didn't believe me. <br> <br> He was unapologetic, rude and I was not impressed with the response at all.<br> <br> I asked for a refund and he denied. Still not willing to say \sorry\"...<br> His last words to me were \" I will find out what happened.\""
