I placed an order online on the 2nd of May at 12:37 at Debonairs Noordgesig and paid online, till today i haven't received my order. I called 42 times to be exact and at first i was sent from pillar to post. Eventually on the 4th i got a case no and the lady i spoke to at the call centre told me that they would call me after 24 - 48 hours. I have also tried to address this on Debonairs Twitter and Facebook page but all I get is please give us your contact details and one of our agents will be in contact with you, but no one contacts me. This is ****************. I really don't want the Pizza anymore i just want my R252.70 back please.
