On 22/12/2018 I ordered a pizza via the mobile app. It was never delivered. I tried to engage with them via the app, no joy. The restaurant in question (Maponya Mall) never answers their phone. I complained on twitter and got a response, on the 27th case 549363 was opened. That was the end of it, I still have neither my pizza nor refund. Truly one of the worst experiences ever, I don't think I'll ever buy their pizzas again.
