Dawn Park Debonair, I ordered at 15h03, but still no delivery, my calls get cuts, when I want to track my order

I ordered online for pizza at Dawn Park Debonair at 15h03, but even now at 1636, I didn't receive my order, the worse is that when I call them to track my order, the call gets cuts, so I can't even talk to anybody about order
