Dangerous Debonairs Rosebank

Debonairs pizza/Steers Rosebank. On 12/2/24 i entered the store to purchase something. It was raining heavy and I was wearing a hoodie, to my surprise I walked into the metal door as it was left in a dangerous and hazardous position. I explained to the staff that it was dangerous for customers if the door was left in that position. Nothing was done and the customer after me also walked into the door as he didn't see the door. The manager, Pride, made excuses about the rain not realizing that customer safety is important. I had to go to my doctor due to extreme pain and dizziness as I had a concussion.

I logged a complaint on their website and I've yet to be contacted.
