Customers not important

I phoned a pizza order through to the lorraine branch and I ordered the real deal 2 large pizza for 139, she asked me for extra cheese and I said no to that. She then told me the price of 189. I questioned it and she said its the extra cheese, which she had to take off to get the price to the 139, I arrived at the branch, paid and waited patiently. I saw the pizza been placed on the shelf and no one even came to me to check my number. After roughly 15 min of waiting pizzas were going out by the delivery guys and these 2 stayed on the shelf.
