Customers Die of Hunger

Friday the 23 Nov 2018 I ordered Pizza at Debonairs at Protea Gardens for the pizza to be delivered at 12:30 and it was not. Called numerous of times and i was told the order is on the way. Only at 14:30 I was told the shop does not deliver for my area after I have wasted my airtime and called the drivers and customer service. Today, 27 Nov 218 i ordered the same order at Maponya Mall, less the 5 km at 9;30 for a deliver of 11;30 and it was delivered at 13:45. This is ridiculous whats the point of ordering on time and allocation a specific time for your order to be delivered and it gets delivered late and COLD. A call was logged and a case was logged at the customer service, the only thing I got was a sms notification, no phone call, no apology or any form of responsibility from the restaurant. THIS IS RIDICULOUS not the kind of service we expect for a high profile pizza restaurant. Poor service!!
