Customer Service - SHOCKING

<p>Debonairs Glen Fair - utter disappointment!!<br />Placed an order at 10:02 am for delivery online for 8 pizza's & a cooldrink. At 10:59 am, i receive a call from them apologizing that they will not be able to deliver right away due to a strike. They will only be able to deliver later in the day. They contact me 1 hour later after I received a confirmation sms that my order has been received by the store?!... Seriously!! So i climb into my car and go collect the pizza's myself. Upon my arrival i am informed that my order has already left the store. Wasting my time, not much help from the manager saying: "What must I do about it?" Are you kidding me??? Drive back to my office, see that the delivery guy is in reception i personally receive the 8 pizza's. I then ask him where is the cooldrink i ordered with the pizza's? His response is: "Oh, i forgot it. I did not see it" Ag please, you know what... this has seriously left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth! Debonairs Glen Fair is seriously giving "Debonairs" a very bad name. In future i will gladly place my order with one of your competitors as this is not the 1st incident to happen at this very store. This was the last straw!!<br /><br /></p> <p> </p>
