Customer service

Today I went to Debonairs Wonderpark and I was assisted by a lady called Skhosana Thabiso. I was asking about the difference between two pizza deals and I asked more than once. The third time I asked, she took her time only to say that there's no difference. Then I asked why are the prices different, she just looked at me. What kind of service is that? I didn't even enjoy my pizza, the way I was so dissatisfied by the service.
