Customer service beyond expectations
what a great service frm Nomvula frm debonairs The gallery Montague drive❤️???? Wish i had something to give to motivate her.I plead to management to consider this and do something for her on my behalf. She went all out even whatsapped(after hours) me at 9:00PM following up on my issue, gave support and promised to take the matter up with her seniors. I had paid twice for 1 order. Yesterday she called on her way to work saying she had not forgotten about my problem(as she had promised to take it up next day) as soon as she gets there she will do. Few hours later she calls me to say my money will reflect on my account within 7 days, thanks. I am not a social media person unfortunately, she would have been all over for me this was excellent service ????❤️????. I just feel she deserves more than answering call for orders.
