Customer service and honesty

Debonairs pizza Mthatha Sutherland and Owen Street are the worst branches I have dealt with in Mthatha. I ordered at Owen Street on the 9th of December 2025 and all I received was an SMS that I had received the order whereas I did not. I reported that and follow up was only done days later. Today I ordered again and I did not receive my order, when I called for a follow up they kept dropping the call and keeping me on hold. I must say I am very disappointed to their customer service and how they treat their customers. I have been their customer for over 10 years now.
