Customer service a 0 when it comes to me

Placed order online at 1 in the afternoon and forget to change from collection to delivery,been calling since Spoke to Thulas,Nompumelelo or afew others from call centre...cant call store direct,i cant collect as i have a new born baby with me and weather is bad.....im done can i just have my money back you can keep the pizza...NEVER ORDERING EVER AGAIN FROM YOU GUYS...
