**** customer service

I'm so ****ed at the service I received @Debonairs Tsakane Mall. I placed an order online I received an email @17:26 that they are preparing my order @18:18 I called them only to find out that they do not have my order and they can't help me because it's late they can't send a driver out as if it's my problem. Spoke to Pule he didnt seem to care that's when I asked for the head office number I spoke to Thandi there she also couldn't get hold of the manager.

2 days later im still waiting to be contacted.
