CUSTOMER "DON'T CARE"

<p>On Sa****ay 21 May I placed, and paid for, an online order with the Cosmo Mall branch at 17:40. I live less than 5km away. At 18:14pm I called them to enquire how far with my order and was told by 'James' that they don't deliver to Chartwell but he would call me back. At 18:26 I was forced to call them again as they had not bothered to call me! 'James' then told me his manager would call me as she was making a plan to get my order to me since the drivers 'did not know the area'. The manager eventually called at 19:14 to inform me they couldn't deliver my order as the drivers were 'scared to come to that area at night' but they would deliver it the next morning. I told her that I did not eat pizza for breakfast and didn't want it the next morning!! So I did not get my order and today, 27 May, I still have not received my order nor an apology or explanation and more importantly, the money I PAID!! Admittedly, someone from Cosmo branch tried all day Sunday 22nd to call me but as I attend Church and Church meetings, my phone was on silent. However, NO-ONE has bothered to contact me since then and furthermore, I have lodged TWO complaints to Debonairs customer 'don't care' and they haven't even had the decency to acknowledge my complaint! I think it is a disgraceful situation and I would like my money back please!</p>
