Customer complaint.. No delivery to online order

I ordered online supper lastnyt at 18.14pm.. 2hours later nothing arrived so called callcentre n was told at 8.52pm.order had left the store n was on the way but sadly nothing arrived.. Kids wr hungry as they wr eagerly awaiting their pizzas for supper.. Well it was to late to cook up sumthing so it was sandwiches n tea instead of pizza for supper.. Very disappointed..
