Customer Assistance very Poor at Meerensee Branch

I will like to take this opportunity to report my encounter with the Deboniars Richardsbay, the service is very poor, I went in to buy a cheese pizza yesterday 03/10/2017, i asked the lady if i can have the small pizza without the meat, she said yes but they will pick out the meat from the pizza, is that normal, we are fasting how can you do this When hearing this i opted to buy the 3 cheeses pizza, again, the pizza was horrible with Red pepper smeared all over This is poor service, your staff need to stop ask, and correctly assist
