Crispy pizza and poor service

My husband just bought a pizza at Debonairs Vaal Mall tjo the crust is so hard is like his eating Simba Chips. He only had one bite. We went back to return it but they refused to take it back or even give us a refund. We were told a pizza is supposed to be like that. Then my husband asked the manager to have a bite, he did and said pizza must be crispy. We are not happy at all and have decided not to buy at Debonairs anymore if that's how customers are being treated.
