****py service delivery

I ordered pizza at 19:42 and it was accepted and even received an email stating that my order is being processed. Next thing i know its 9pm and still no pizza no call no nothing. I tried calling but it went through a different branch when she transferred me no one answered ofcourse. This is pathetic and useless why give us an option to order online if it wont even be delivered? Honestly that was ****py of you guys. Best believe im complaining everywhere
