COVID-19 protocols not being followed at Debonairs Phoenix

Called in and placed an order on the 26/07/2020 at the Phoenix plaza branch. Went in a bit early to collect and noticed 2 workers wearing their masks on their chin rather than covering their mouth and nose.

One was passing some ingredients or so to another employee who had her mask on correctly.

The 2nd one whose mask was not covering her mouth and nose was the one cutting my pizza.

I immediately left and received a call within the week, from a guy who works in head office as he wanted to know the reason for my canceled order. I explained the scenario and he advised he will inform the area manager and ensure I get feedback either from the area manager or himself. To date no feedback received.
