Costly poor service

<p>I ordered 3 pizzas at Debonairs in Preller Square at 14:20. I payed online. Reason for buying 3 pizzas was that I had visitors that were travelling to Lesotho who wanted to eat before they left. At 15:08 I placed another call to enquire about the pizza that still hasn't arrived, I was told the driver is already out but they'll call him and ask where he was. At 15:25 my visitors left seeing there's no need waiting as their meal doesn't arrive. At 15:35 I placed another call and that's when the driver arrived. Since I had already paid I couldn't get a refund and now I'm stuck with 3 pizzas that I can't eat all! </p>
