Continous Appalling Service by Debonairs Sky City

I placed an online order with Debonairs Sky City branch at 3PM today, 27 June 2021 and I received the confirmation email and sms of the order being received, needless to say the order never came their phone line is constantly busy. If I am being totally honest, I didn't even want to push it because this branch always has a plethora of issues and this was the 4th time I wasn't going to get my order. I then get a call from a Thokozani says "says hi I wanted to know if you got your order" I said no he says alright sorry then bye.

On top of the lack of service, what I did not appreciate was this call meant to insult my intelligence, had I gotten the order would he have called? I did not understand this question. This guy as opposed to advising what the issue was with my order and giving a sincere apology, sounded more like someone who just had to do this just so they can say they did then rush out the door to lock up. I did not appreciate the tone nor the lack of empathy.

When I say this is the 4th order that these guys have not delivered to me, I kid you not. At this point if Debonairs does not feel like providing Sky City with top tier service as they do in other places, I think it would be fair to move the business else where. We are a new community here and we can not all be complaining about the same thing in regards to this branch
