constantly bad

Another incident with debonairs. Ordered 2 subs, went to collect get home and its the wrong order, they me a cheese garlic roll sort of thing. Called back went to call centre they said can help will transfer me to manager. This happened 5 times, the lady didnt eve wait for me to finish what i was saying before transfering me each time. to a number that did not exsist!!!! Debonairs Raisethorpe is always a nightmare to deal with!!!! If it was not for my Children i would never order from you guys. I had to make so many phone calls before reaching a point of fristration!!! i had to drive back to the store!!!! Waste of money, airtime and petrol
